We are looking for an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic, well equipped veterinary practice in South Shields, Newcastle on a full time permanent basis as their Senior Veterinary Surgeon/ Clinical Director.

• 4 days per week, 40hrs – part time also considered
• No OOHs
• 1 in 4 Saturdays

Here you’d be joining a supportive team of 4 Vets, 5 RVN’s and dedicated support staff team who are all dedicated to providing excellent veterinary care within a welcoming and friendly environment.

The practice has two sites, one in South Shields and has a purpose built surgery opening in locally  in November (replacing an existing smaller branch). Your role would initially start at South Shields and then predominantly be based at the new surgery which will have 4 Consulting rooms, 2 theatres, prep rooms, a dental and X-Ray suites as well as a quiet room.

As the Senior Vet/ Clinical Director, we are looking for an experienced and confident GP Vet who is passionate about providing great care to their patients, clients and wants to be head of a forward thinking and professional team who have clinical freedom and are encouraged to progress.

In return a salary of £43,000 to £70,000 (FTE and dependent on experience) is on offer and benefits package including:
