Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse or 2nd year SVN looking for a permanent job in the North East of England? 

We are working with a fantastic veterinary practice situated in Hexham, Northumberland which is easily commutable from Newcastle who are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse OR final year Student Veterinary Nurse to join their team permanently, ideally working full time but part time hours are also considered.

• Full time, 40hrs per week over 4 days a week with a fixed weekday off
• 1 in 6 Saturday mornings & the same weekend on call
• 1 night on call per week – additional pay for the OOHs, £600 on call retainer per annum plus generous call out fee paid hourly if called out plus mileage paid at 45p per mile for travel to and from the surgery for work done out of hours

A well equipped practice that see’s a varied and interesting caseload, as RVN here you are encouraged and supported to utilise your nursing skills to the full and are supported to develop these through a generous CPD allowance.

The successful candidate will join a motivated, friendly and supportive multi vet, RVN, SVN and support staff team who are all passionate about providing excellent patient care and enjoy having a happy working environment.
