Leapfrog Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a fantastic & expanding 24hr Veterinary Hospital situated in the beautiful city of York in North Yorkshire. We have multiple RVN positions available within their team for both full and part time permanent RVN’s.

- Dedicated on site night team (no OOHs requirement)
- High standard of nursing care & interesting caseload
- Equipment including CT scanner and advanced surgical equipment
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Veterinary Nurses who enjoy using their nursing skills within a rotational role across theatre, in-patient care and nursing clinics. The hospital performs a full range of orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries as well as busy inpatient wards and full clinics. Here you’d become part of the friendly nursing team who are all involved in cases and provide significant opportunities to scrub into theatre, do complex anaesthetics and help with medical investigations and inpatient care along with a range of nurse clinics.
Further development is encouraged and supported to include additional qualifications and a good CPD allowance provided.
Working hours:
- Full time, 40hrs per week average
- Part time, min 2 days per week
- 1 in 4 weekends
- No OOHs
Salary range, from £25,000 to £29,000 (pro rata if part time) & excellent benefits package.
Minimum requirements:
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse or Eligible to register in 2024
- Eligible to work in the UK
