Lead/ Senior Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon job opportunity at established RCVS accredited veterinary practice in Cranleigh, Surrey that has recently undergone major refurbishment. 

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join the team as the Lead Vet. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Dentistry or Surgery and have some previous leadership or management experience.

You must have strong communication skills with a client focused approach and be passionate about mentoring and team development.

A full time role working:

• 40hrs per week over 4 days 
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings – with time off in lieu 
• No OOHs 

Salary up to £75,000 p/a plus excellent benefits package. 

As mentioned above the practice has recently undergone significant refurbishment and has three fully equipped units, two consult rooms, a staff room, office, x-ray room, dental suite, theatre, prep area, separate dog and heated cat kennels and on site parking. Equipment includes  In-house IDEXX lab machines, Laser therapy machine, Extensive endoscopy equipment, Laparoscopic spay equipment, Ultrasound, Digital x-ray, Full dental suite with x-ray, Multi-parameter monitoring, Tono pen, Blood pressure and ECG monitoring, Acupuncture equipment.
