Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse with strong leadership skills & experience who is looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a state of the art Neurology and Orthopaedic Veterinary Referral centre situated in Eashing, Surrey.

Job title: Head Veterinary Nurse

Working rota: Full time, weekdays, occasional weekend working to check in with the weekend teams

Salary range: £38,000 to £43,000 per annum

As HVN here you would be leading a team of approximately 70 RVN’s and VCA’s and be supported by the nursing management structure which contains 4 Clinical Nurse Leads who directly report to you. You would be working collaboratively with the wider senior leadership team to meet the needs of patients and their families.

For this role you need exceptional leadership skills, have compassion and able to show direction and able to manage teams with a positive attitude within a fast paced clinical environment.

The hospital is equipped with MRI, CT, and Arthroscopy, onsite rehabilitation centre, purpose built in-patient wards that are custom designed to provide patients comfort, reduce anxiety and aid recovery, the team includes world leading specialists and experienced RVN’s who are passionate about providing the best veterinary care and use techniques at the forefront of modern veterinary medicine.
