We have a VERY exciting Head Nurse job opportunity at a fantastic veterinary practice situated in Greenock, Inverclyde, Scotland. 

A full time permanent position at a large practice with excellent facilities  including the latest Karl Storz laparoscopy equipment for performing lap speys, fully equipped lab with the latest haematology, biochemistry, electrolyte and therapeutic monitoring, ultrasound scanner, digital radiography, including dental x-ray machine, endoscope and the latest dental machine, instruments and equipment.

The working hours are:

• 40hrs per week, shift patterns between 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8am-3pm
• No OOHs

The salary is dependent on experience, circa £28,000 to £36,000 per annum.

Here you’d be part of a large team of Vets, RVN’s and support staff. You will have a passion for driving forward high standards of animal care and promoting excellence in Veterinary Nursing.

You will ideally have Head Nursing experience but this is not essential and those with natural leadership/ senior nursing experience are also considered & encouraged to apply.
