We have a Head Veterinary Nurse job opportunity at a well equipped 1st opinion veterinary practice situated in Bristol. We are looking for an experienced and confident RVN who has natural leadership skills and is passionate about providing a high standard of veterinary care to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

As HVN here you’d be joining a team & practice who are proud to be ISFM Silver Certificate Cat Friendly,  RAW Silver Rabbit Friendly and an approved Veterinary Nurse Training Practice. They are looking for their HVN to be a role model to the team and someone that can drive and support a small nursing team whilst improving practice standards and coaching new talent.

Their nursing team utilise their skills to their full potential, taking and processing blood samples, catheters, stich ups, dental scale and polishes, x-rays and monitoring anaesthetics, nurse clinics and in-patient care.

Working hours:

• Full time (ideally)
• 1 in 5 Weekends
• No OOHs

Minimum requirements: 

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse, or eligible to register in 2024
• Eligible to work in the UK
